Lower wisdom tooth extraction
Its nearly a month i had my lower wisdom tooth extracted surgically i am having a white whole in the place of extraction along with that some white poky thing is also there maybe a stiff bone kind off thing in the place of extraction can you advice what should be done?? And when will the whole heal

Hello. Firstly, you are only 20 year old and wisdom tooth extraction is not generally advised until there is patient discomfort that can not be treated otherwise.
Secondly, since you have got it extracted, it is very important to follow the oral hygiene instructions given to you by your doctor as this helps in better and quick healing of the wound.
Thirdly, the white thing you are mentioning can be food slough over the wound, but only if it is not excruciatingly paining you.

If possible kindly attach a picture for the same, also your medical history if any.
Sometimes it takes a bit longer for the extraction site to completely heal, no need to worry if there’s no pain alongside.
