In my opinion it is becoz of ur over weight condition that u are getting such kind of pains to avoid these 1st u need to go for physiotherapy sessions TENS/ hot pack / US followed by back exs as it helps in strengthening ur back but do the exs in the guidance of a physiotherapist and do exs after ur pain subsides.. after treating ur back u need to give attention towards ur weight reduction plans with the help of diet and exs..becoz if u will not reduce ur weight this can again happen.. get well soon take care
