I am suffering from lower throat pain with mild and also suffered from sore throat but by taking azithromycin 250 to 3days I got relief from sore throat but I have pain in lower throat and no fever and cough. Also got some acid in my mouth. What should I do I have to continue the antibiotic or not

Azithromycin 250 for 3 days is a pediatric dose. If you have infection it will require antibiotics in adequate dosage. You have reflux issue also. Which will require anti reflux medications.
