I am having mild pain in lower one teeth, feels like pain inside the teeth, pain not feeling like in gum, currently taking zerodol sp and novomax 500

Due to presence of deposits, there will be bone loss , causing the tooth to be moved from its original position. This might have led to traumatic bitting.

Please visit the dentist, take an IOPA xray , check the status of the tooth and go for professional cleaning and then treatment plan for that tooth if needed
