“Hello Doctor, I have seronegative arthritis and I am currently on Medrol 2 mg, HCQS, Cerebrex, and Fusion. I met my doctor 2 days back but now I am having swelling in the lower right side of my back, frequent urination, and constipation. Even after taking Pan-D 40 mg, I cannot pass stool without lactulose. Please advise if this could be related to my arthritis medicines or if I should get urine/abdominal tests done.”
