Lower right pelvic pain

I have this mild continuous pain on my lower right abdomen. This pain goes away while sleeping. No swelling which I can see. This pain is from past 4 days. The moment I begin my activity this pain occurs and then settles down only in night. Should I see a internal medical expert doctor or a gynaecologist. Confused. Kindly suggest

Suggest to meet an internal medicine doctor first and have a clinical check up done.
