Hi sir...      The swelling in lips may be Mucocele...   Mucocele may be due to accidental injury to lips due to traumatic lip biting... It ll get resolve with in 5 days...It is a recurent one... If you still have that swelling more than 1 week kindly consult with nearby dentists
