Lower lft back pain & left testicle pain

Since months I have lower left back pain along with left testicle pain.I feel well if I take rest but never goes away.in morning urine slightly dark and feel light burning as I take drink water it become normal.testicle pain comes with back pain...USG -normal.urine culture -no bacteria found..U/A-pus cell occasional. I m stressed.wht would be the reason.plz hlp

Please consult a General Surgeon in your area.  Your symptoms suggest that it could be inflammation of testes or spermatic cord.  Varicocele  is also a possibility.

Back pain radiating to the same side testes could be due to renal stone , infections and disc disorders.As your ultrasound scan and urine reports are normal ,it is unlikely to be due to urology causes.You can consult with a orthopedist who deals with spinal disorders for clinical examination and further investigations.

a post void usg may help to detect any retention of urine. Better to visit an orthopaedician too to rule out any spinal causes
