If u have recently started running then try to grade the activity. Try to start with brisk walk, when u are comfortable with that then start light johging the then move to running. If the problem persists then go for arterial doppler ultrasound of the lower limb. With examination i can tell u to take tab dolo 650 mg upto twice a day which is safe and will reduce pain.
