In lower disc problem , the knee to chest exercise is good or bad ? Because flexing the spine, bending it, pulling one leg to the chest , pulling both legs to the chest, thats flexing the spine and that makes the disc protrude even more. Please explain in detail that this exercise should be done or not in disc problem
