Stiffness and pain around the muscles over sacrum bones. Morning time immense stiffness and occurs frequently while lying down or getting up.

Hi.., it seems ur lower back n core abdominals are weak also ur sleeping posture has to be corrected if wrong..

meet an experienced physiotherapist.., do supervised back n core strengthening exercises.. learn n strictly follow postural advice

U might be having sacroiliac joint problem so muscles around this is painful n stiff. U need Physiotherapy sessions to get ur muscles release and for correction and also for strengthening of muscles in this area.
