I hurt my back bye jumping of a decking and landing awkwardly and it diddnt hurt much the next day but then I went ice scating on it and pulled it again. I am only 13 and I’m in lots of pain when I sit and stand and it’s in lower back and it kind of goes in to my leg. Sometimes it hurts so much I can’t lift my leg whith out almost screaming

• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily • . Avoid bending in front. • Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down.
