Our spinal cord ends at L1 level which is known as conus mudularis,The most distal bulbous part of the spinal cord is called the conus medullaris, and its tapering end continues as the filum terminale. Distal to this end of the spinal cord is a collection of nerve roots, which are horsetail-like in appearance and hence called the cauda equina (Latin for horse's tail).your MRI does not show much disc herneation,and according to your MRI you have disc compression on L4L5 and L5 S1,so you can make out that only some peripheral nerve got compress due to that disc not your spinal cord. And that can be curable through McKenzie exercise.Go to a good manual therapist,don't west your time on those machine like IFT and UST.Do some research on Mackenzie exercise.
Next Steps
1. Take a lot of water
2. Take vit C which is good for tissue healing but in natural way like lemon water or orange juice.
3. Try to avoid forward bending.
