Too young for back pain. Do regular exercises and walks. Back strengthening exercises Reduce weight Sos painkillers Avoid 2- wheelers

X ray report says reduced joint space at 2 disc levels.. What symptoms are you having currently.  No justification can be determined from c ray report. Chronic back pain may be associated with many conditions.. More details are needed for better understanding of the problem..

You can use LS belt for support, do hot fomentation,  take analgesic, calcium and vitamin d supplement..
