Lower Back Pain/strain

My father got lower back pain (only on right sude) since last 4 to 5 day .Seems its happen to carry bucket of 20lts for 10 to 15 mts. He is having mild pain. Please advice suitably .

Hot fomentation , volini gel , rest for 2-3 days , anti inflammatory medicines.
