Lower back pain

Sir, My mother is having lower back pain problem along with with hand and leg pain from last 4-5 months. The pain is in the same side of the body and has been reached to toe. We had alreay consulted with a number of orthopedics, but not​ relief till now. She also went to physiotherapist but no relief from there also. Also she is having vericose vein problem in her pindli. No blood test has been recommended by the doctor. Only the MRI was suggested. The current medication details and MRI report is attached. She do not have blood sugar or BP problem as per last diagnosis. Please suggest.

She has age related wear and tear of the spine, which is causing her problems. From the MRI report it appears that there is no surgical solution for her. She will have to be managed with pain killers, exercises and physiotherapy. Please see an Orthopaedic spinal surgeon who will give you complete advice as it is not possible to advice completely in such a medium.
