Low back pain frequently results from poor posture, muscle sprain, lack of muscle tone and strength. If it has resulted from muscle sprain or spasm, then a few days rest with anelgesics will help. If the pain is not getting relieved, it means there is something deeper inside like a disc bulge or something else pressing on the nerve. You should consult a Neurospine specialist. An MRI of the spine should clarify the issue.
