Lower back pain & leg pain

L-4 & L-5 Disc problem so suffering from lower back pain ( Left Side ) and left leg under knee pain. Suffering from past 4/5 years. Can't sit or stand / walk for more then 15 mins. Have done IFT treatment but not helped much. Please suggest the treatment for pain relief permanently without surgery. Thank you.

You need an MRI of one has not been done in last 6 months. If the scan shows significant compression of the nerve, and your pain is not responding to medicines and therapy, you will need some intervention. Intervention in the form of Minimally invasive image-guided injections or decompression.
