Hello dear
From the limited information you have provided i can only make assumptions about your problem.
Your pain could just be a mechanical back pain in view of muscular weakness and
vitamin deficiencies or could be a problem due to a herniated disc in your back.
More information needed:
1. How did the pain start? Did you lift any heavy weight at onset or you can't pinpoint any particular time when it started?
2. Does the pain go down any of the legs uptil the heel?
3. Do you feel any numbness or pin pricking sensations in your leg or sole?
4. Have you had any injury to your back?
5. Do you get additional symptoms like hair fall, acidity, forgetfulness, cramps or abnormal sensations in hands and feet?
6. Do you have any medical problems or any treatment you are undergoing?
IF you can answer these few simple questions, ii can have a better understanding of your problem and able to help you
Regards

Health Tips
Avoid forward bending and lifting any heavy weights. If you have to lift anything from the ground bend your knees, lower your body and then pick it up, not by bending your spine
