The x Ray reports suggest the bones, joints are within normal limit. X ray will show Radio opaque tissues and indirect evidence of soft tissue damage.  The disc prolapse  may be a clinical diagnosis of the doctor. The next steps   depends how the clinical presentation is . And next step depends on how the road of recovery is.  I would rest for three days.  Avoid bending forward. And not lifting weight,  if medications if any provided by the doctor for three days should be tried.  If not relieved physical consultation may be required to plan further line of management.
Next Steps
rest  medications
Health Tips
avoid bending forward. lifting weights
