Dear, Clinical findings comprises of patient symptoms and doctor examination finding which are further correlated with radiological findings on Xray to make a diagnosis. Kindly elaborate your symptoms rather then asking for xray finding.

Loss of lumbar lordosis on an X-ray may indicate a variety of conditions such as muscle spasm, disc degeneration, spinal stenosis, or even a congenital abnormality. However, it's important to note that not all individuals have the same degree of lumbar lordosis, so it's essential to get a proper evaluation from a medical professional to determine if any underlying condition is causing the loss of lumbar lordosis. If you are experiencing symptoms such as back pain, stiffness, or difficulty with movement, it is recommended that you seek a consultation with a spine specialist such as an orthopedic surgeon or neurosurgeon. They may suggest additional imaging tests such as an MRI or CT scan to better evaluate the condition and determine appropriate treatment options. Treatment may involve physical therapy to help correct posture, relieve muscle tension, and improve flexibility. Pain management may also be prescribed to reduce discomfort. In some cases, surgical intervention may be necessary, but this is usually considered a last resort when other conservative measures have been unsuccessful. It's important to follow the recommendations of your doctor to avoid exacerbating any underlying condition. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle that includes regular exercise, maintaining proper posture, and avoiding smoking can also help improve overall spinal health.
