Lower back pain in left side only

Sir,my lower back in left side hurts while sitting but gets completely okay with rest...i sit for 2 hrs in morning and rest all the day...and then again seat in evening for 1 hr followed by 10-12 hrs rest..How i can increase my sitting and stop back pain...Pain is not in spine side but more towards muscular side of lower back.. Already took etoxicorib, maxmala 50 and pentanerv for 2 month,but no relief.. Thanks a lot sir g👏👏👏
