Lower back pain in left side

Hi I am Pallavi age 25 I have a lower back pain in left side... From past 3-4 years... Whenever I sit continuously I feel the deep pain and I can't even move at that time... Otherwise I am OK... Please suggest me what should I have to do. I am working and I can't avoid sitting in one place although I took break and walk but no luck... Please help.
