Lower Back Pain

I have intermittent lower back pain. Now a days m doing stretching exercise at home for this pain. However there is no improvement. Please suggest preliminary medicines for my lower back pain.

posture correction+stretching as well as strengthening exercises are helpful...Consult a physiotherapist for the correct diagnosis ,treatment and the right exercises which are required....taking some precautions are very much helpful.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

You should consult an Orthopedic surgeon n get examined n you should know what exactly is the cause of your back pain and you should also check weather your exercise regime is proper or not.
