Lower back pain

2019-01-22 18:17:53
I have been suffering from lower back pain since a year .It started when I fell off from the chair , initially there was no pain but after regular routine and some sports and exercise the pain increased. I saw a doctor. X- ray and MRI are normal , doctor said it is because of muscle spasms or strain. I have taken certain medications and even did exercise( physio) to relieve it but still it is persistent and reports also showed vitamin b12 levels were low. So I also took injections for that. But still I am suffering from the pain and it affects my routine too. Please suggest what can be done
