Pain aggravating on forward bending can be due to disc problems Please consult a neurosurgeon at the earliest

Hi..try to find out which activity aggrevates and which activity relieves pain. Considering your symptoms looks like its originating from ur spine or lumbo sacral joint. If bending backwards relieves pain try doing extension exercises. Don't continue if pain persists.
