Lower back pain

I am a regular walker and also do yoga. My weight is 65 kgs and height 5ft 4in. For some time now I have been experiencing lower back pain. Which specially aggravates after walking. What should I do? Regards

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hello there,,,,, back pain is a common problem and it can affect anybody.. do you have a dull diffuse pain or sharp or throbbing pain....there are 'n' number of reasons for back pain....so you need to have a proper evaluation.... get xray of your lumbar spine done in Ap/lateral position...and also check for blood clacium and vit D level. OTC pain medication and muscle relaxant along with conventional physiotherapy modalities would provide symptomatic relief.
