HLAB27 is genetic. Get yourself rechecked also at another center too. You can have regular stretching and pain management program at a nearest Physiotherapy center regularly. This will also minimize the problems associated which you are likely to face due to your job profile also.

If you are having ankylosing spondylitis then some anti rheumatoid drugs can be started but physiotherapy will be the main stay off your treatment. My patients have had quite satisfactory results with physiotherapy

HLAB27 is a marker for ankylosing spondylosis... it's a confirmatory test for this condition... now you need to go for physiotherapy sessions long term and undergo exercises in a proper guided way... yes it is a genetic disease but on the other hand it needs care and attention.. if you will focus on strengthening your muscles of everybody part you will be fine as your age increases your condition will deteriorate if you do not exs... by exs you will delay the process of degeneration..take care get well soon..
Next Steps
Visit a good physio and do the protocol under his guidance
Health Tips
