Hi, Is there also stiffness in these joints when you wake up in the morning? We can get a few blood investigations as well as radiological investigations For the time being avoid squatting, sitting crossed leg, climbing stairs, bending movements Consult directly so proper history can be taken and appropriate management can be advised to you.
