Facing lower ack pain last 10 days and since 2 days is too much pain. While walking and not able to sort on chair

Two position will be relaxing 1.Lying on abdomen 2.Lying down straight with 3-4 pillows under leg. Try either of them for 20 minutes

• Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

hi, if the pain is severe, its better to meet the orthopaedics to prescribe pain killer and to start physiotherapy modality treatment along with that to reduce the pain.
