Dear Dr, Suffering from severe low back pain at right side, Can't even move my leg, It's hurting like electric shock between bones joints, paining a lot hence plz help me to get of this...

low back pain is sometimes due to gynecological problems also.Consult a gynecologist.Also get Vit D 3 tested

It could be due to muscle spasm or due to nerve compression. Analgesic with muscle relaxant is needed. Nerve compression may need pelvic traction. Kidney stone is another possibility.
