No need to be worry about about beck pain is very common these days mostly its related to the lifestyle and sitting posture

Maintain your posture while working, walking and sitting. Avoid being in a same position for long periods of time. Have a little walk while sitting continually. Avoid AC. Do some back muscles strengthening and stretching exercises. Do cat n camel exercise.

You need to visit Physiotherapist. Don't apply any pain killer jel much, these are pain suppressor only, doesn't kill your pain from root cause.
