Can i take Topac-SP tablets in place of ETOVA MR for lower back pain, basically i have been prescribed  for Etova MR which was not available over the counter. Thanks

Well you can take but both tablets have different composition..topac sp is diclofenac and serratiopeptidase where as the other one contains etodolac and thiocolchisine...try buying different brand drug of same composition...the prescribed drug shall give you better relief
