After reading on internet , I doubt I have sciatica pain. All symptoms provided over Google matches with mine.

The best way to find out if you have sciatica is meet a medical personnel and let them diagnose. Till then take hot fomentation in low back area, sleep on hard be and refrain yourself from lifting weight or bending forward
