From 5 days I have pain in lower back left side when I seat or bend body feel more pain also when I twist body feels pain please help what to do

Could be due to muscle spasm. Consult an Orthopedic surgeon for muscle relaxation and pain relief medication and injections. Some physical therapy by physiotherapist would relieve pain faster.
