Your report showing slightly low amylase is not a cause for concern, especially since your
liver function tests are normal and you have no major symptoms. Low amylase levels are usually not clinically significant and can happen due to mild pancreatic enzyme variation, prolonged acidity medicines, or even lab variation.
Dompan contains a combination of domperidone and pantoprazole, which is safe for long-term use under supervision. Occasional use of Vitazyme, which contains digestive enzymes, does not cause harm either. However, it is best to take enzyme capsules only when you feel bloating or heaviness after meals, not as a daily habit.
Continue your current acidity medicine as advised and maintain a light, regular diet. There is no sign of pancreatic or liver disease based on your current reports.
