Lowe back pain

Have been facing lower back pain since past 3 months. MRI says mild degree of retrolistesis and diffuse bulging of intervertebral disc noted at L2-L3. Attaching MRI report. Kindly suggest.

Please focus on your posture while sitting and work in a tailored ergonomic manner. Also avoid sitting for prolonged duration at a stretch. Take mini breaks frequently with stretching exercises at a regular basis.
