I had severely low vitamin d3 which was 2.5 on Feb. now 3 weeks back I had completed my course of uprise d3 60k. Now again I'm feeling weak especially on my arms and shoulders as well as legs at times. I'm advised to test after 6 weeks of completion of the course. But the weakness is not going

Please complete the 8 weeks course of Vit.D3 60K supplement. Then make it monthly once. For weakness kindly get checked for Haemoglobin, Vit. B12. You try changing to diet (increase protein consumption), Adequate hydration. Kindly consult if the weakness is persistent.

Continue upright, get another test of serum vit. D3 done. Also get Haemoglobin,  blood sugar,  thyroid function tests done. Share results online.
