I am very low vitamin D . I recently had my blood tested . Everything else was normal but the vitamin D level was approx 5 . I have no bone pain or anything as such currently . My job does not allow much sun exposure . I was suggested uprise d3 by a colleague . Is it safe to take it ? What is the dosage ?
