I am a vegetarian. I had my blood tests recently and my Vitamin D values are very very low. Its just 11.46 ng/ml and sufficient rates are 30-100 ng/ml. I need some supplements to restore the values. I go out in sun but still, it's not enough I guess. Can you please suggest some supplements for vitamin D and B12.
