Low vitamin d and Vitamin b12

Hello doctors . I went through a full body checkup And my vitamins D and vitamin b12 is low in number I personally feel very low and tired some times Doctor prescribed me METHYLCOBALAMIN 1500 MCG TABLET but i am getting headaches because of it .. Can we take Vitamins b12 injections on alternative days (for 5 day) as doctor gave this option to me Please tell what to do
