Low Vitamin B12

I m 29 running. I done report and my VITAMIN B12 comes low.. I m pure vegetarian which vegetables fruits should I eat please advice me😇🙏.

B12 comes predominantly from non-vegetarian sources. Being a vegetarian and already blood test showing low levels, you cannot improve your b12 levels just with diet. You need to take b12 supplements the dose and duration will be decided by the doctor.
