Low temperature fever

My body temperature is 98 / 99 in last 2 days.  There is no other issue. Body feel little warm.  Can I take paracetamol?

Fever less than 100 is insignificant and no treatment needed unless you have , loss, of appetite, yellow urine cold cough running nose or such other associated symptoms
