Low T3 and t4 levels

My TSH hormone is in normal range 1.48 but T3 is 53 ( below reference range) and T4 is 2.9 ( below reference range )..is there any normal way or supplement  meds to increase my thyroid levels or do I need to take thyroid medicine..please suggest..my FBS is 108 and bp within 130/90 in average
