My husband is diagonsed with asthenozoospermia ,his sperm motility is 4 % and sperm morphology is 2 % ,can this condition be treated by medicines

After proper examination, medicine can be given for increasing sperm motility n morphology... After 3 mnths repeat the test n go for IUI
