Low pulse rate

My husband is 38 years old. His bp as measured from pulse oximeter Is generally on the lower side( 80-85), except after his morning workout when it shoots above 100. Is lower bp(80-85) a cause of concern?

First of all bp cannot be measured from pulse oxymeter. Its measured by sphygmomanometer. Secondly bp has a systolic bp and diastolic bp. Please explain clearly.

Bp cannot be assessed by pulse oximeter ,it may be the pulse rate you are taking about ,which is normal
