Low platelet, High Cholesterol

My mother (age 55) took full body blood check up, and she got report saying there's low platelet count 130, high cholesterol 258, also low vitamin D. Report is attached, please guide some medicines and food habits.

Does she have any health issue like weakness, spontaneous bruises, hypertension and or diabetes? For  low platelets- what is her Haemoglobin level? Take more of green leafy vegetables,  beetroot,  papaya  beans, curds cheese. Take tab vitamin D 20microgram one daily for a month. Repeat another test. For high cholesterol,  take tab Atorvastatin 10mg one after dinner for 30 days.

Platelets are on the lower side but need not be worried if it goes below 1 lakh then it needs care She is having dyslipidemia with this blood test If her cardiovascular risk is high she needs to be started on statins Generally she should be started on a low fat diet With a diet rich in fruits vegetable Regular exercise is needed

It happens when ur cholesterol is high , your platelets are usually low normal because of platelet activation by the high lipids in blood ..
