Low molecular heparin during pregnancy

I was having mild APLA( not lupus).  And 2 misscarriages before. I am now 5 months pregnant. Taking daily 40 mg Low molecular heparin and progesterone injection 25 ml since I conceived. My dr has advised me to stop the heparin from next month. Will the growth of my baby affect if I stop the injection?
