Low level of iron

Last month his iron level is 22 after taking orofer for one month today iron level becomes 17.his haemoglobin level is 11.7 also he is diabetic patient

Iron levels have no relation to Diabetes. 22 mcg level of Iron can't be associated with Hb level of 11.7 gm% . Please share your complete Iron profile and also Complete Hemogram. It may give some idea if you really have Iron deficiency Anaemia.
