Here are some of the iron rich foods which can help
Seafood.
Beans.
Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach.
Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots.
Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas.
Peas.
Dates
Beetroot
However before consuming these just be cautious if she is allergic to any of the above or if she is diabetic.
